Cancelation
For a full refund, guests must cancel at least 14 full days before the local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If guests cancel less than 14 full days before check-in, the first night plus 50% of all remaining nights are non-refundable. If guests arrive and decide to leave early, 50% of the daily rate for all full days not spent 24 hours after cancelation will be refunded.
A reservation is officially cancelled upon receiving the guest email confirming the cancelation. The time stamp on the email received will count as the moment from which the cancelation costs are calculated.

What if I can’t Travel due to Covid restrictions?
In case you can’t travel as a result of Covid restrictions in your home country or in France, you can rebook for any available future dates. We will hold on to your security deposit which will enable you to secure new future available dates. If the new dates are of a lesser value then the original booking we will of course send an updated invoice, to reflect any difference. Please contact us in case this situation arises however, we will verify travel conditions for your country using official Government publications from your country.
